Your residential furnace servicing includes the following:
  • Test thermostat for proper functionality.
  • Test blower and inspect for dust buildup (Tech may recommend additional cleaning).
  • Test hot surface igniter.
  • Test and clean pilot assembly, orifice and sensor.
  • If necessary, replace thermocouple
  • Clean combustion chamber.
  • Inspect heat exchangers.
  • Inspect combustion motor.
  • Inspect coils for dust buildup (Tech may recommend additional cleaning).
  • Replace filter (provided by the customer).
  • Add lubrication where necessary.
  • Check pressure switch, gas pressure and flame signal.
  • Inspect condensation evacuation functionality.
  • If necessary, recommend additional cleaning and repairs.

  • Inspect and clean drain line and drain pan.
  • Lubricate blower and condenser fans.

Your Residential mini split servicing includes the following:
  • Check for proper functionality.
  • Inspect evaporator coils.
  • Inspect condensation functionality.
  • Inspect propeller.
  • Inspect electrical wirings and controls to avoid equipment failure and electrical fires.
  • Use compressed air and contact vacuuming to clean prop and coils (Cleaning with liquid can be provided at an additional cost).
