Working with One Speed Services has been refreshing! From my initial call to set up the estimate through to the completion of the project, I have been impressed with their customer service and communication.

I contacted them to see about replacing the vapor barriers under our garage and house. They were able to come the *next day* to give me an estimate, whereas other companies I called wanted to schedule the estimate 3-6 weeks out.

David arrived on time, listened to my concerns with our current vapor barriers, questions about encapsulation and sump pumps, and also came into our house to look at some other issues we have that I wasn't sure were related to our crawlspaces or not. He was candid in his answers and also provided explanations for his recommendations. He took time to discuss pros and cons of our options. I didn't feel like he was "selling" me something I didn't need -- I felt like he wanted to provide solutions to our problems.

The estimate was reasonable and on track with what I expected. They were able to get the vapor barrier replacement scheduled within two weeks.

Joe and his teammate arrived exactly on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently, and correctly. They were so quiet, my insane dog didn't even realize they were here.

From the initial phone call, to the follow-up, to the service tech, everything about this company was excellent.  They are not the cheapest company out there, but I think they give the best service and after talking with a few of the others I felt the most comfortable having them in my house.

The tech, Tim G., said the most amazing thing.  He said "while I am at your house I treat your vents like they are my own and I want to do the best job cleaning them I can'.  True professional.    I would hire again and I would recommend to anyone looking.

We have a fantastic experience on our air duct cleaning service. The lead tech was incredibly knowledgeable and he was training another tech. He was patient and kind and obviously cared that the newer tech was learning the process correctly. They both were very thorough and professional. 

They were also very communicative when I would ask questions. I would highly recommend them for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The service was also very affordable for the service I received. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and no problems at all. They also were impeccable cleaning up after themselves and made sure everything was put back as expected. Bravo!

I spent a long time trying to find a company we found professional, responsive,, knowledgeable, and honest to put a vapor barrier in our crawlspace and seal our ductwork. 

I have been experiencing terrible allergies including my eyes ever since we moved in. But, after educating myself bout crawlspaces, ductwork and insulation, and getting options for upgrades/ repairs and estimates from at least 5 companies we chose One Speed Services. 

David came over to our house and did a very thorough inspection. He spent a good amount of time answering all my questions, took photos and gave me detailed information about how they would complete the job. I knew then that it was worth the time and trouble to keep searching for the right company and trusting my gut about whom I wanted to hire. 

Their tech Joe came out for two days this week and completed the work. He was extremely competent , conscientious, professional, and thorough. He got right to work protecting our carpet, getting his supplies, and spending almost all of two days in our crawlspace. It was very dusty and the area in which he worked was about 23" high. He took photos of the finished work and explained everything he did. I was very impressed and thankful for the good job he did. 

I would not hesitate to use this company for this type of work. They also install insulation,, remediate mold issues, work in attics, etc. Their prices are very fair too.

We were so happy with the extensive work done on our house (cleaning crawl space, laying down new barrier and installing new ductwork) that I had to write a review.  They were clean, courteous, and respectful of our space.  We were in the midst of dealing with other contractors who were disrespectful of our time, space and covid safety, that it was truly refreshing to have people help us on this unexpected project that we knew we could trust. That goes a long way these days.
